Dalby Vonsild

The project involved planning of a whole new residential area with 2.500 new dwellings just south of the city of Kolding, Denmark.
 

From the outset, the proces was carefully divided into specific phases, to ensure a continuous dialogue with and between politicians, administration and citizens. To initiate the project, a Vision seminar was conducted. The participants represented both consultants, institutions, administration and interest groups of Kolding. This public and multi-professional dialog was maintained through out the project process. The early and continual encouragement to involve authorities and community secured a smooth process.
