Møller & Grønborg has coorporated with Henning Larsen Architects (HLA) in creating a new landmark city development project in Abu Dhabi.

As well the role of urban planners, Møller & Grønborg has assisted in developing the infrastructural concept and the landscaping of the various concept parks throughout the development.
 

The project design derives its swinging organic form from the local landscape of the Persian Gulf, where wind and water shape the sand.  These organic shapes are observable both in plan and in profile where the new city development stands out from the surrounding buildings. This unique silhouhette will give Abu Dhabi a unique and recognizable skyline.
