Hedensted Station

M&G has carried out a comprehensive plan and subsequently the detail design for the Hedensted station area.

The station creates a physical and symbolic link between the two parts of the city - and acts as focal point of its own as the north-southbound national rail link.

The design includes two platforms with waiting facilities. On either side of the tracks a stepped arrival plaza detailed in black basalt, act as arrival and rest area for both commuters and residents. The project also includes a kiss and ride area and combined deciduous and confifer plantation.
